2. This site is for listers to advertise their products and services to users. List Stuff is not directly involved in transactions between listers and users.
3. If you don't trust someone, don't do business with them. Please be careful.

Registration is free and lets you message listers, save your favourite listings and listers, and more. You must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. You must be at least 18 years old.
After you fill in the form, List Stuff will send you a confirmation email to confirm your email address. Click the link in the confirmation email to activate your membership.
You can log in with either the email address or List Stuff username you chose at registration.
Click "keep me logged in" and List Stuff won't ask you to log in again, even if you close your browser.
Your email address, password, and contact details can be changed in My Details in My Stuff.
To change from an individual membership to a business membership, go to My Contact Details in My Stuff and click "Update my contact details", then "change to a business membership." Fill in your business details and click "Save changes".
To change from a business membership to an individual membership, go to My Business Details in My Stuff and click "Update my business details", then "change to an individual membership." Fill in your contact details and click "Save changes".
Please click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow the instructions.

Be found in Google and Bing, reach a wide audience. Add photos; edit your listings; change categories. 20 free photos per listing.
You can create up to 100 free listings, with 20 free photos per listing. You can also create premium listings. Otherwise the site is free. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Choose a free or paid plan by clicking on a price. You can choose a 12-month, 2-year, or 3-year subscription, with a maximum of 1, 5, 10, 20, 100, 250, or 500 listings.
Gold listings are ranked first in search and browsing results. Silver listings are ranked below gold. Bronze listings are ranked below silver. Normal listings are ranked below bronze. Free is ranked last.
2-year subscriptions are 10% cheaper and 3-year subscriptions are 20% cheaper. You can pay with either credit cards or PayPal.
Once you've subscribed, fill in the "Create a listing" form to create a listing. You can add up to 20 free photos to the listing after you've created the listing in My Listings. You can put contact details on your listings, but only users who use the messaging system will be added to your Contact List. This disadvantages you because only users who message you from your listings will be added to your Contact List.
You can edit your listings, add and delete photos, and delete your listings in My Listings.
Upgrade to a new plan by clicking on a price and following the instructions. Upgrading is cheap because the cost of your upgrade is always lowered by the remaining value of your current plan!
If the cost of upgrading doesn't cover our processing cost then we'll add the processing cost to the cost of the upgrade. The processing cost is $4 for PayPal or $3 for credit cards. Similarly, if you're switching to a plan of the same value, you'll only be charged $4 for PayPal or $3 for credit cards. Processing costs are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
A downgrade is when you switch to a lower-value plan. You can schedule a downgrade by clicking on a plan with a lower value than your current plan and following the instructions.
On every listing is a "Message the Lister" button. Use this to contact the lister, ask them a question, or arrange a transaction.
Once you message a lister, you will be stored in that lister's Contact List. Listers can send bulk messages to their Contact List.
You can unsubscribe from a lister's messages at any time, at which point you will be removed from their Contact List. If you message that lister again, you will again be added to their Contact List.
Likewise, listers can block users who repeatedly send them unwanted messages.
By default, you will receive an email every time you get a message. You can turn this off in Email Options in My Stuff.
Our contact management system keeps track of your messages. Every time a user messages you, they're added to your Contact List. Send messages to contacts individually, or sort contacts into Contact Groups and send Bulk Messages to different Contact Groups or your whole Contact List.
By default, you have three groups already: Potential Customers, Existing Customers, and High-Value Customers. You can create, delete, and rename groups, and add and remove users to and from them. As new users message you, add them to Contact Groups to keep track of them and easily. You can send a Bulk Message to everyone in a particular Contact Group or your whole Contact List.
You can put contact details on your listings, but only users who use the messaging system to contact you will be added to your Contact List.
List Stuff allows users to write reviews about listers and leave a rating out of five stars. Listers have the ability to publicly respond to reviews. To protect listers, reviews can't be edited after they're submitted. Users can write five reviews per lister ever, at the rate of one per month.
Any feedback or reviews you submit must not be offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate. You may only post feedback and reviews about a lister if you have actually transacted with, or made a reasonable attempt to transact with, that lister. Reviews must be factual. Any opinions reflected in feedback or reviews you submit to the website must be honestly and genuinely held by you. You must not post a negative review or feedback without making a reasonable effort to resolve your issue with the lister. You must not post feedback or reviews about yourself or your businesses. List Stuff may remove any unsuitable feedback or reviews.
Users rate listers to build trust. Always be careful when engaging in transactions. If you don't trust someone, don't do business with them.
At the bottom of every listing is a Community Watch button. Report listings that are suspicious, highly objectionable, or illegal, or that otherwise breach our terms and conditions. We review all reported listings.
Don't transact with anyone unless they're in New Zealand.
