Description

Opportunities abound. Situated near Naseby, a small township famous for its gold mining days. There are numerous walks in Earnslaw One's forest areas, as well as hunting and fishing on your doorstep. There is likely soon to be gold mining in the wider area, so this might present a perfect opportunity with someone with renovation skills to finish bus conversion with view to establishing a business in the area catering to the mining team likely to reside nearby. Alternatively perhaps it could be made in accommodation for workers in the future. There is limited places available atm for farm workers working here. 1012m2, subdividable section and partly converted bus. Bus is a 10.2 metre Hino blue ribbon, goes well, no cof and rego on hold. It was a wheelchair bus and has a hydraulic door removed, new captains chairs etc and was used going to farmer's properties for rabbit shooting. The interior is currently devoid of cabinetry. I am unable to complete as sadly my knees are giving out and the steps in are causing an issue. It needs tidy up work to exterior, but is sound. I have taken photos of areas that will require work in the near future. There are solar panels on roof but they need wiring into solar controller and then a suitable fridge /freezer. Comes with a small generator, 12v TV and stand. Plus a portable toilet. Land is flat, 1012m2 and fully fenced (sheep netting). Rear of section boundary is next to St John primary school. Section is sufficiently big that you can live in the bus whilst dwelling(s) are being built. More photos to come soon. Questions welcomed. If they're bus related I'll have to pass to the person who drove it here. Yes, you need a HT license. Update: there is an interested party for half the section I can put you in touch with. There is also another party interested in a rent to buy, either for the full section, or half with the bus. Neither of these really suit my current situation, but they may be of interest to a prospective buyer Listed on various Facebook pages. Follow link for photos.
