CANCELLATION POLICY If we cancel a trip due to bad weather, all deposits will be refunded or the trip can be transferred to another day. If cancelled by the customer within three weeks before the trip, we reserve the right to retain your deposit if we are not able to fill the booking. Cancellations made within one week will not be refunded. *We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to person/s being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
