Welcome to Nourish, specialists in supporting children and whānau with paediatric feeding challenges. We understand that there is so much conflicting information and terms used to describe feeding challenges such as fussy eating, picky eating, selective eating, restrictive eating, anxious eating (the list could go on). At Nourish, we can help to navigate the underlying concerns of feeding challenges and support you with creating successful positive changes to your kai times. We offer community-based specialized feeding assessment and intervention (therapy) for children and whānau experiencing paediatric feeding challenges. Our community based services extend to Christchurch however we offer telehealth (zoom) support and consultations. I am an Occupational Therapist who integrates knowledge from feeding therapy, child development, occupational therapy, neuroscience and trauma-informed approaches. Our focus is on supporting a child's feeding development and creating positive mealtimes for the whole whānau.
