We are looking for a front desk receptionist/admin This is a Temporary to Hire role Responsibilities: • Maintain a neat and orderly front office • Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate party • Greet and announce arrival of visitors • Assist with meeting setups and breakdowns • Prepare outgoing deliveries • Sort and deliver incoming mail • Create office notices • Provide administrative support to other departments • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Some college education preferred • Excellent communications skill • Proficient telephone etiquette • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Skilled in prioritizing tasks • Detail oriented • Able to multitask and work independently • Outgoing personality APPLY NOW!
