We have opportunities in Albany, Silverdale and Mt Wellington where you will be part of a professional team that will help you develop the skills you need to advance within these booming industries. What our clients are looking for: • A reasonable level of fitness while enjoying physical, outdoor work – Male or Female • A willingness to work through all-weather conditions • An understanding and awareness of the importance of H & S • A readiness to learn on the job and can demonstrate reliability, initiative and integrity • Team playing capabilities with attention to detail • A desire to develop a career in Traffic Management • The means to get to work on time every day • TC Level 1, Construct Safe / Site Safe – If you don’t have these, we can help you! • Full licence (or more) is a bonus and will be rewarded accordingly • No experience necessary as training opportunities are provided • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test • Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand If you do not have a current TC level 1 or Construct Safe and can demonstrate commitment, reliability and an excellent work ethic, we will help you with what you need. As a TC / Labourer you will be: • Working for well-respected companies who are leaders in their market • Moving signs and cones and other equipment on and off the trucks • Setting up sites by helping with signage, sand bags and cones • Operating Stop-Go signs and controlling the flow of traffic • Communicating with your team via an RT • Working with the public and ensuring their safety • Given the opportunity to gain specialist skills which are in high demand • There will also be times when you will need to join your team in other manual work • THIS IS A GREAT WINDOW TO A BOOMING INDUSTRY
